Entry closed and the event is now full. Entries opened 1 August 2025 and closed 3 January 2026. Entry fee was £15. The minimum age is 17 or older. There are 348 participants entered and 34 on the waiting list.

Course and race information

The routes take in the coast through Scarborough, Oliver's Mount, moorland, Hackness, Burniston and Scalby. Checkpoints provide food and drink. Finishers receive a badge, a certificate and a meal. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a short lead at all times. Retirements must be made at checkpoints only. Participants are asked to follow marshals' directions for parking. Withdrawals made before 3 January 2026 are eligible for a refund of the entry fee; withdrawals after that date forfeit the fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
