The bike is a 22km out-and-back on open roads with marshalled junctions. The run is 5km over mixed surfaces in three one mile laps, combining pavement and hard pack bridleway; shoe choice can vary with recent weather.
Included features listed for the event are a fully marked course, professional chip timing with online results, an eco medal made in the UK, food and coffee vendors, medical and safety crews, independent sports retailers, spectator friendly arena with disabled access and parking, category prizes and competitor toilets with baby changing. A beginners workshop at the venue includes a coached swim session and has limited spaces. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
