East Fife Triathlon Festival 2027

The East Fife Triathlon Festival on 11 April 2027 brings a programme of pool-based swims, closed-road cycling and mixed-terrain runs in Cupar, Scotland. The swim stages take place at Cupar Sports Centre. Cycling uses closed roads with undulating sections and mixed surfaces. Runs follow paths and sports fields. A large transition area is located on a 3G pitch and the finish line for all races is positioned in front of the Howe of Fife Rugby Club stand on Duffus Park.

The event includes junior Tristars races for ages 8 to 14 and adult-format races including sprint distance and an aquabike option. Expected competitor numbers are around 250. Event infrastructure includes chip timing, online results, showers and toilets. Venues listed are Cupar Sports Centre and Bell Baxter High School, Carslogie Road, Cupar KY15 4HY. Entries open 1 January 2027.

• Sprint Aquabike: 750 m swim, 25.5 km bike

• Tristars Start (age 8): 50 m swim, 1.5 km bike, 650 m run
• Tristars 1 (age 9-10): 100 m swim, 3.3 km bike, 1300 m run
• Tristars 2 (age 11-12): 200 m swim, 5.2 km bike, 1800 m run
• Tristars 3 (age 13-14): 300 m swim, 6.1 km bike, 3200 m run
