Eager Beaver Run : Wilton, Iowa
The Eager Beaver Run takes place in Wilton, Iowa on August 22, 2026. The event is based in Downtown Wilton at 499 E Wate St and includes a community 5K Run/Walk and a Kids 1-Mile for participants 14 and under.

Packets may be picked up at the registration tent on the day of the event. A race t-shirt is available for purchase for an additional $12. Registration pricing shown for the event includes a $10 early fee for each distance during the listed early registration period and higher fees on event day.
Age divisions are specified for both distances. 5K divisions include 14 & U, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-69, and 60+. 1-Mile divisions include 4-5, 6-7, 8-10, 11-12, and 13-14.
Awards include overall trophies for Men's and Women's 5K and overall trophies for Boys and Girls in the 1-Mile. Medals for first, second, and third place are offered in each age group, and participation ribbons are provided for all participants.
