Event overview
The 4th Annual New Body Fitness 5k takes place on June 12, 2026 in Tipton, Iowa. The program includes a 5k Run/Walk, a Kid's Sprint, and a T-Shirt Only option. Entry fees listed are $35 for the 5k, $0 for the Kid's Sprint, and $20 for the T-shirt option. Registration for the 5k and Kid's Sprint closes June 5, 2026; T-shirt-only registration closes May 29, 2026. The course is on hard surface and uses a double loop.
Logistics and awards
Packet pickup and race-day registration are available at Niles Chiropractic, 200 E 5th Street, Tipton, IA, on race day only. Race results will be posted after the event by email and on the race Facebook page. Awards for the 5k include trophies for the overall male and female winners and medals for the top three finishers in male and female age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50+. The Kid's Sprint awards medals to the top three finishers and participation ribbons for all participants. The Tipton Chamber of Commerce will host a Kick-Off to Summer event on the courthouse square with food vendors, games, music, drinks, and local shopping.
