E5 MOVES for Eagles Haven : Quiet Waters Park, Deerfield Beach
Element Five Fitness organizes the fourth annual E5 MOVES event on April 26, 2026, at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach. The event program includes several participation options listed below.
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Run/Walk
- Virtual 5K
- Spectator/Donation option
All event proceeds will benefit the Eagles Haven Wellness Center. The center’s stated mission is to honor the lives of the victims and survivors of the MSD school shooting, to rediscover wellness and to restore hope to the Parkland and Coral Springs community through family strengthening navigation services, wellness experiences, crisis support, and support groups.
Participant provisions and awards are described by the organizer: every participant receives a finisher medal and a race t-shirt, and prizes are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers. Virtual participants do not need to submit results; their medal and t-shirt are mailed about one week after the event.
Packet pickup is scheduled at Element Five Fitness, 6370 N State Road 7, Suite 112, Coconut Creek FL 33073, with pickup on the two days before the event and additional race day packet pickup available beginning early on the event day.
