E5 MOVES for Eagles Haven is scheduled for Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Quiet Waters Park, 401 S Powerline Road, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. The event offers multiple participation options:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Run/Walk
- Spectator/Donation
- Virtual 5K
Entry fees are listed as $35 for each event and increase after March 31, 2026. This is the third annual E5 Moves event organized by Element Five Fitness. One hundred percent of proceeds will benefit the Eagles Haven Wellness Center.

The Eagles Haven Wellness Center’s stated mission is to honor the lives of victims and survivors of the MSD school shooting and to support the Parkland/Coral Springs community through family navigation services, wellness experiences, crisis support, and support groups. Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, April 24 (4:00pm-7:00pm) and Saturday, April 25 (10:00am-2:00pm); race day packet pickup is available beginning at 5:45am. Virtual participants do not need to submit results; medals and t-shirts for virtual entries are listed to be mailed one week after the event.
