E5 MOVES for Eagles Haven

E5 Moves is Element Five Fitness's fourth annual run and walk event held in April at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The program includes in-person and virtual participation options and a spectator/donation option.

The event offers these choices:

• 5K Run/Walk
• 1 Mile Run/Walk
• Virtual 5K
• Spectator and donation option

One hundred percent of event proceeds will benefit the Eagles Haven Wellness Center. The mission of Eagles’ Haven Wellness Center is to honor the lives of the victims and survivors of the tragic MSD school shooting, to rediscover wellness and to restore hope to the Parkland/Coral Springs community through family strengthening navigation services, wellness experiences, crisis support, and support groups.

All participants receive a race t-shirt. Shirt size selection closes April 8, 2026. Entry for the listed categories carries a registration fee of $25. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers.

Packet pickup is available at Element Five Fitness in Coconut Creek and on event day. Virtual participants receive a medal and t-shirt by mail following the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
