5k Beer Run x Barrel of Monks
The Barrel of Monks Brewing 5K is an untimed fun run event occurring in Boca Raton, Florida, as part of the 2026 Florida Brewery Running Series. Participants can choose to run, walk, or jog the course, which begins and ends at the Barrel of Monks Brewing taproom. The route is set on an open course that utilizes public roads and city sidewalks, requiring all participants to follow local traffic laws and remain aware of their surroundings.
Participants receive several items as part of their registration:
- One 5 km course
- One craft beverage from the host brewery (provided as a non-alcoholic token for those under 21)
- A choice of a Collector's pint glass or a series swag item
- Entry into a door prize raffle
The event is held in a rain-or-shine format. All ages are welcome to participate, and the course is open to strollers and dogs, provided caution is exercised. A portion of the proceeds from the event is donated to local nonprofit organizations. Due to the capacity of the taproom, registration is limited.
