Miles for Moffitt is a community running and walking event held on November 21, 2026 at Benchmark International Arena, 401 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602, USA. The event supports Moffitt Cancer Center’s research efforts and has raised over $16.2 million for cancer research since 2006. Supporters have funded more than 112 pilot research projects and have participated virtually from 48 states.
Participants may take part in person in downtown Tampa or through virtual at-home options that include packet shipping. If registration for a virtual option occurs after November 4, the packet may not arrive by event day. Registration fees shown for event options range from $20 to $85.
The event program includes multiple distance and participation options:
- 10K - 6.2 Miles
- 10K Wheelchair Race - 6.2 Miles
- 5K Run - 3.1 Miles
- 5K Walk and Strollers - 3.1 Miles
- 10K plus 5K Challenge - 9.3 Miles total
- 1K Fun Run/Walk - 0.6 Miles
- Kid's Dash (8 and under)
- Virtual at-home participation options
