Run Dorney Lake Half Marathon, 10k & 5k
The event takes place at Dorney Lake, near the village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire. The venue is a purpose-built rowing lake with grounds used for running events. The courses are on road surfaces and are described as flat.
Distances offered:
- Half Marathon - 4 laps plus a U-turn each lap; elevation 27 m; road
- 10k - 2 laps; elevation 15 m; road
- 5k - 1 lap; elevation 8 m; road
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post race goodies. Marshals are provided to guide runners around the course. An event village offers a range of food and drink options and free items from event partners at the finish area.
The organiser has researched runner priorities and is addressing sustainability as part of event planning. This is a partner event. RunThrough memberships can be used for entry, but once the event sells out no additional places will be available for members.
