Dorney Lake Triathlon : 1 July 2026
The event stages swim, bike and run races at Dorney Lake, Windsor, United Kingdom, on 1 July 2026. It offers three race formats: two triathlon distances and an aquabike option. The event is organised as a RunThrough partner event and supports Macmillan Cancer Support.
Race distances are:
- Super Sprint Triathlon: 400m swim, 9.5km bike (2 laps), 2.5km run
- Sprint Triathlon: 750m swim, 19km bike (4 laps), 5km run (2 laps)
- Sprint Aquabike: 750m swim, 20km bike
The course uses the purpose-built lake for the swim and predominantly flat roads for the bike and run. Each discipline is marked with distance flags and marshals will be present on course. Chip timing is provided and entries include a themed medal, free race photos and post-race goodies. The terrain for swim and bike is reported as road and swim, with small recorded elevation changes for the bike and run.
Event information notes that RunThrough highlights sustainability as a priority. The event accepts RunThrough memberships for entry, but member places are limited once the event sells out; there will be no member desk and member bibs cannot be used at this event.
