The Dorney Lake Evening Triathlon takes place at a purpose-built Olympic venue in Windsor. This event features multiple multisport options conducted on a flat course, including a lake swim followed by cycling and running on the surrounding grounds. Participants can choose between different formats held on a road and water terrain:
- Super Sprint Triathlon: Includes a 400m swim, a 9.5km bike leg consisting of two laps with 20m elevation, and a 2.5km run.
- Sprint Triathlon: Consists of a 750m swim, a 19km bike leg over four laps with 40m elevation, and a 5km run totaling two laps with 6m elevation.

Each discipline is marked with distance flags, and the event utilizes chip timing for results. The course is designed to be flat, providing a consistent surface for those seeking specific performance targets.
