Beyond London Ultra Trail Runs
Beyond London is a trail running event organised by Wild Deer Events in and around Richmond Park. It offers two fully signed and supported routes that follow parts of London’s Capital Ring footpath. The organiser provides Beyond Trails support throughout participants' training and the event includes an accessible start and finish and an affordable entry fee.
Distances:
- 55 km Ultra Marathon
- 25 km Trail Run
The 55 km route takes runners off the beaten track onto the Capital Ring, passing landmarks such as Eltham Palace and through ancient woodland and the rolling hills of Richmond Park. The 25 km route follows part of the same footpath and passes Eltham Palace, Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park. Both routes feature trails, footpaths, parks, disused railway lines and woodland, with minimal exposure to main roads. The routes are fully signed and supported during the event.
