- Sprint: 5km run | 19km bike (4 laps) | 2.5km run elev 40m road
- Standard: 10km run | 38km bike (8 laps) | 5km run elev 80m road
Entry includes a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post race goodies. The event features an event village with food and drink options and a team of marshals to guide competitors. The organiser notes that sustainability is a focus for their events. RunThrough memberships can be used for entry; member bibs cannot be used at this event and there will be no member desk.
