Finishers completing at least 3 km receive a medal. Distance pins are issued for half-marathon and greater distances and are attached to the medal ribbon. Aid and drinks tables are available at the start/finish of each lap with a mix of savoury, sweet, fruit, cheese and vegan items. Finishers receive a goody bag; a vegan goody bag option is provided.
Venue toilets are available but there are no separate changing rooms or showers; downstairs toilets can be used for changing. Parking is available at Bridge Street Car Park, Staines TW18 4TP. Final race instructions are sent by email before the event and numbers are collected at race registration on the day. A bag drop is provided but is not secure. Headphones are permitted. The route uses public footpaths and participants are asked to be considerate of other path users. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
