SATURN - Remembrance Run 2026 - South
The event is a timed challenge with a total allowed time of 7 hours and 2 minutes. Runners choose how many laps to complete on a measured loop; the minimum official finishing distance is 3 km. A two minute silence will be observed during the event and those two minutes will be deducted from official finish times.
The course runs along a stretch of the River Thames and is fully signed. Surfaces include well maintained paths, a short grass section and some trail; sections can become muddy in adverse weather. An aid table and drinks table are provided at the start/finish area for each lap, offering drinks and a selection of savoury and sweet snacks with vegan options.
Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a medal and a goody bag; a vegan goody bag option is available. Distance pins are provided for half-marathon, mega-half, marathon, 50 km and ultra distances and are attached to the medal ribbon. Toilets and changing facilities are available at race headquarters. A bag-drop area is provided but is unstaffed and items are left at the participant’s own risk.
Age and entry details: minimum age 12 years; participants over 45 km must be 20 years or older, 18–19 year olds may run up to 45 km. The event location is Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club, Egham, TW20 0AE. Entrant limit is 300. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
