RunThrough UK’s Dorney Lake Duathlon takes place at Dorney Lake in Windsor, Berks. Participants can choose Super Sprint Duathlon (2.5km run, 9.5km bike on 2 laps, 2.5km run), Sprint Duathlon (5km run, 19km bike on 4 laps, 2.5km run), or Standard Duathlon (10km run, 38km bike on 8 laps, 5km run), with relay options for teams of two or three.
