River Thames Half Marathon 2026
The River Thames Half Marathon is scheduled for 25 October 2026 and takes place in Walton-on-Thames and Weybridge in Surrey. The start and finish are at Walton Bridge and the route follows the River Thames towpath to Hampton Court Bridge, running alongside the non tidal River Thames.
The course is described as flat, fast, scenic and largely traffic free. The event is in its sixth year and is presented as a preparation race for late autumn marathons such as New York, Valencia and Florence. Organisers provide chip timing, free race photos and a downloadable race certificate showing a personalised finish time.
