Maidenhead Half Marathon and 10k
The Maidenhead event on 25 October 2026 offers a chip-timed Half Marathon and 10k on a fully road-closed, officially measured tarmac course in Maidenhead. The half is run over two laps, the 10k is one lap. The course has an elevation gain of about 38 m and features town-centre sections and countryside stretches with spectator points.
Included with entry are a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies, and a staffed bag-drop area. There are four water stations on course and portable toilets in the event village and along the route. The event is RunBritain and UKA licensed and enforces a three-hour cut-off for the half marathon because of road closure timings.
Practical notes for race day: there is no specific event parking, so participants should plan travel accordingly and avoid parking on roads that form part of the route. Race packs are posted to most entrants; late entrants collect at registration on the day. The event welcomes buggy runners and wheelchair athletes and asks all participants to be mindful of others.
