Dorney Lake Duathlon
The Dorney Lake Duathlon takes place at an Olympic venue in Windsor. The event features a flat course for both the cycling and running segments, held on road terrain within the scenic grounds of the lake. All participants receive chip-timed results, and distance flags mark each kilometre of the course. Marshals are positioned along the route to provide guidance to athletes.
Participants can choose from several distance options, which can be completed individually or as a relay team of two or three people:
- Super Sprint: 2.5km run, 9.5km bike (2 laps), 2.5km run.
- Sprint: 5km run, 19km bike (4 laps), 2.5km run.
- Standard: 10km run, 38km bike (8 laps), 5km run.
The venue includes an event village with food and drink options. Every finisher receives a themed medal and post-race goodies. Free race photos are provided to all entrants after the event. For those interested in merchandise, event t-shirts featuring the race logo are available for purchase during the registration process.
