Event overview
The Kew Gardens 10k is scheduled for 28 March 2026 and takes place inside the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (Elizabeth Gate, SW London, TW9 3AA). The course runs on fully closed roads within the gardens and passes key garden features including the Palm House, Temperate House and The Hive. The event holds a Run England race licence (29894) and the organiser states the course is professionally measured and certified. The minimum age for entry is 15 years on race day.
Race details
The route is described as flat tarmac with a net drop of 5 ft and a total ascent of 63 ft. Official chip timing will be used and pacing support is provided. There is one water station at 5.7 km. The top three finishers receive a trophy and an entry into a RUN-FEST event of their choice. First aid cover, course marshals and sweep marshals will be in place throughout the route. Race numbers can be collected on race morning or two weeks before the event from a local sports shop. Entries are non-transferable and non-deferrable; a full refund is available only within 14 days of payment. The race entry includes spectator admission to Kew Gardens for up to two adults and two children (under 16) on the morning of the event, subject to garden access rules.
