The site features flat and scenic grounds. The bike and run courses are described as totally flat and chip timed. The run course will be clearly marked with distance flags, and helpers will be present on both the run and bike courses to guide and support competitors.
Spectator facilities include a balcony cafe overlooking the transition area. The multi-lap layout provides repeated viewing points for supporters. Booking fees are applied at checkout. Free parking is available at the venue.
