Dorney Duathlon - October
The Dorney Duathlon takes place at Dorney Lake, Court Lane, off Lake End Road, Windsor SL4 6FJ. The event offers multiple race formats around a flat, scenic Olympic venue and is described as draft-illegal.
Distances available include both individual and relay options:
- Super Sprint Distance Duathlon - 2.5 km run, 10 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Sprint Distance Duathlon - 5 km run, 19 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Standard Distance Duathlon - 10 km run, 38 km bike, 5 km run
The course is on flat grounds suitable for chip timed efforts and does not use open roads. The run course will be marked with distance flags and helpers will be present on both run and bike sections. The multi-lap layout provides multiple spectator viewing points; a balcony cafe overlooks the transition area.
Entry conditions include a requirement to hold British Triathlon membership or to purchase a single use Race Pass for the event. Age eligibility for entries is specified by distance: some races are open to entrants aged 15 and over on 31/12/2026, while the standard distance requires entrants to be 17 and over on 31/12/2026.
