The grounds are described as flat and scenic, with both the bike and run courses on flat terrain and away from open roads. Timing is chip based. The event is draft illegal.
The run course will be marked with distance flags. Helpers will be present on both the run and bike courses to direct and support participants. The course layout uses multiple laps, which provides several spectator viewing points.
Spectator facilities include a balcony cafe overlooking the transition area. Free parking is available at the venue.
Participation requires membership of British Triathlon and a valid race licence. Entrants must either hold an annual Core or Ultimate membership or purchase a single use race pass when entering the event.
