Dorney Lake Triathlon : Saturday 26 September 2026
The event takes place at Dorney Lake in Windsor. It features multiple triathlon formats held on a purpose-built lake and surrounding flat roads. Chip timing is used and each discipline is marked with distance flags. Marshals and event staff will guide participants on course and an event village will provide food and drink options and post-race provisions.
Available race formats include individual triathlons, relay teams and aquabike entries. Relay teams may consist of two or three people who share the swim, bike and run disciplines. Aquabike entries include swim and bike only.
Race distances:
- Super Sprint Triathlon: 400 m swim, 9.5 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Sprint Triathlon: 750 m swim, 19 km bike, 5 km run
- Standard Triathlon: 1500 m swim, 38 km bike, 10 km run
Elevation and terrain information is provided for each distance and the bike and run legs are on road surfaces. Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. The venue layout uses marked laps for the bike course and course helpers will be available along the route.
