2027 Donut Give Up 5k & 10k
The event takes place at Old Mill Park in Fredericksburg and features paved courses that run alongside the Rappahannock River. The route has a few small hills and is described as stroller and kid friendly.

- 5k out-and-back course along the river
- 10k two laps of the 5k course
This is a chip timed event. Registered runners receive two donut holes, a finisher’s medal, and a technical drifit event shirt. T shirts are guaranteed for entrants who register before January 6; sizes for race day registrations are not guaranteed. Packet pickup is available at the event and race day registration is offered.
Points for these races count toward the Year-Long 5k, 10k and Back of the Pack Series and toward the Winter Series. Awards are given to the top three men and women overall and to first and second place in the listed age groups; overall top three finishers are not eligible for age group prizes.
Support and logistics include five water stations on the 10k and two on the 5k with Gatorade at some locations, restrooms near the parking lot, and parking within the park. Live results are posted online during the race and final results with series points are published after the event. Banditing is not allowed and may lead to removal or disqualification. The organizer may delay change or cancel the event for weather and will notify registered participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
