Donut Do Drugs Dove Release
The Donut Do Drugs Dove Release is a distance running event held at Lake Side Park in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Organized by Children's Voice Inc., the event takes place along the shores of the lake, offering participants views of the water and the local autumn scenery.
The event starts with a ceremonial dove release at the Lake Side Park Pavilion. This tribute is held in honor of individuals lost to drug overdose. Following the ceremony, participants follow a course that moves along the lakeshore, featuring the seasonal colors of the region.
