Event overview
The Prevea Health Run Away to the Bay is a spring team relay covering 55 miles on Saturday, April 11, 2026. The relay starts at Menominee Park on the shore of Lake Winnebago in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and finishes on The City Deck in downtown Green Bay. Teams may include between 2 and 8 participants, and the minimum age to participate is 16. The event is part of the 4imprint Race Series. Divisions are offered for Open and Masters competition, each split into Men, Women, and Mixed categories. Awards are given to the top three finishers in each division and are distributed at the finish area.
Logistics and rules
The course passes north through Neenah and Menasha, through Darboy and Kaukauna, then enters the Fox River Trail north of Forest Junction and follows the trail into DePere before the finish at The City Deck. Registration fees per person are tiered: $70 through December 15, $80 from December 16 to February 28, and $90 from March 1 to March 31. Packet pick-up is estimated the day before the race at Push Fitness in Oshkosh. Teams provide their own support vehicle and are supplied one slap band that must be worn and exchanged by the active runner. Each participant receives a front bib, participant shirt, finisher medal, chip timing, and access to a mobile aid station and finish-line food. Teams must maintain an average team pace no faster than 12:00 min/mile, carry basic first-aid supplies, and follow traffic and safety rules while on course.
