NK50k - April 3, 2027, Greenbush, WI

The NK50k is a point-to-point trail run held in the Greenbush area of the Northern Kettle Moraine, including sections of the Ice Age Trail. The event offers two distances:

25K

The course uses a mix of smooth, rolling ski trails and rocky, rooty singletrack, and reaches the highest point in the Northern Kettle Moraine State Forest. Transportation is provided from the finish area at Greenbush Group Camp to the respective start locations. The Greenbush Group Camp serves as the finish area and a primary aid location, and food and refreshments are available at the Group Camp Shelter after the run.

Aid and drop-bag access for 50K runners are provided at the finish and at two on-course points: Mile 3.5 and Mile 25. Additional water is available along the route at or near backcountry shelters. Aid stations include water, sports drink, Coke, Mt. Dew, and assorted typical ultra aid station foods.
