NK50k - April 3, 2027

The NK50k is a point to point trail run on the Northern Kettle Moraine Ice Age Trail near Greenbush, WI. The event is presented as a run rather than a race and is described as the 13th annual-ish edition.

The course uses a mix of ski trails, rocky and rooty singletrack, and higher terrain in the Northern Kettle Moraine State Forest. Transportation is provided from the finish area to the start. The Greenbush Group Camp serves as the finish area and the primary aid location, where food and refreshments are available after the run.

Aid and drop bag access for 50K participants are provided at the Group Camp and at additional points on the course, including Mile 3.5 and Mile 25. Water is also available at or near backcountry shelters along the route. Aid station offerings include water, sports drink, Coke, Mt. Dew and typical ultra aid station foods.
