Event overview
The NK50k is a point-to-point trail run in Greenbush, Wisconsin, listed as the 13th Annual-ish edition. The route follows the Northern Kettle Moraine Ice Age Trail and uses varied trail surfaces, from smooth, rolling ski trails to rocky and rooty singletrack and reaches the highest point in the Northern Kettle Moraine State Forest. The event includes these distances:

- 25K
The 50K start is at the Ridge Road Trailhead, just southwest of Sunburst Ski Hill. The finish and main event hub is at Greenbush Group Camp. The 25K start is at Crooked Lake.
Support and logistics
Transportation is provided from the finish area to the various start locations. Aid and access to drop bags for 50K runners are provided at the finish (Greenbush Group Camp), at Mile 3.5 and at Mile 25. Additional water is available at or near backcountry shelters along the course. Aid stations will include water, sports drink, Coke, Mt. Dew and assorted standard ultra aid station foods. After finishing, food and refreshments are available at the Group Camp Shelter.
A requested contribution of $13.13 plus tax and UltraSignup fees is listed to cover expenses. Registration closes on April 9. No results will be posted on UltraSignup.com; the organizers describe this as a run, not a race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
