Registration and entry items

Entry fees listed on the event page include a youth rate for the in-person and virtual 5K: $40 standard, $30 for ages 0-14. The virtual 1K is listed at $30. Prices increase after August 7, 2026 at 11:59pm EDT. The 1K Fun Run notes a registration close on August 7, 2026 at 11:59pm EDT and a reopen on August 8, 2026 at 12:00am EDT. All pre-registered participants will receive a commemorative race shirt, a race bib, a medal, post-race snacks, free race day photos, and a digital finisher certificate.

Logistics, timing, and awards

Packet pickup is listed at =PR= Fairfax. Race timing for the live event is provided by Commonwealth Race Management using the ChronoTrack B disposable tag system. Results will be posted immediately after the live race. Awards for the live race will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in five-year age groups from 14 and under through 80 and over. There are no awards for the virtual races. Free race photos will be available; runners are asked to keep their bib visible for tagging.
