The Hometown Half Marathon & 5k/10k - Wichita is a local running event held at the South Botanica Parking Lot in Wichita, Kansas. The event caters to various fitness levels with multiple distance options and a family-oriented atmosphere.

A virtual participation option is also available for those who prefer to complete their chosen distance at a different location.
Registration for the timed races and the mile includes a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. Participants in the Kid's Dash receive a specialized medal, a youth-sized shirt, and a mini bib. The event organizers provide free photos and snacks at the finish line for all runners. Awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in various age groups, ranging from 10 and under to 80 and over, as well as overall and masters categories.
