Run at Wichita Campus
Conquer the Campus is an annual running and walking event held at the Wichita campus at 4111 E 37th St N. The event enters its third year in 2026 and features multiple distances for different age groups and interests. Participants can choose to run, walk, or stroll the course.
The event consists of three primary distances:
- 5k
- 1 Mile
- Kids Fun Run (200 meters)
The 5k and 1 Mile events are chip timed. For the 5k, top finisher medals are awarded across several age categories, including 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. The Kids Fun Run is specifically designed for children aged 6 and under.
Registration is free for all participants. Those who complete their registration by April 1, 2026, are guaranteed a race t-shirt and a finisher medal. Packet pick-up is scheduled to take place from May 13th to May 15th on the Koch campus. The site features post-race activities at the finish line, including food and games.
