Golden Harvest Half Marathon & 5k/10k
The Golden Harvest event in Greater Chicago features multiple running distances for participants of various ages. The race includes a selection of distances and formats:
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles)
- 10k (6.2 Miles)
- 5k (3.1 Miles)
- 1 Mile
- Kid's Dash (50m)
- Virtual Run
Registered participants for the Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k receive a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. These races are chip-timed with live results and awards provided. The Half Marathon also includes pacers to assist runners. For younger participants, the 5k and 10k offer youth-based pricing for those 12 and under.
The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed events. The Kid's Dash is intended for children ages 10 and under; participants receive a mini bib, a youth-sized shirt, and a specific medal. Children may also participate in the dash for free if they do not require the event materials.
A virtual option allows participants to complete their chosen distance at any location. Virtual registration includes a digital bib and an event shirt and medal, which are mailed to the participant.
