Event details
The Don Osborne Memorial Run is the 34th annual event hosted by the Oakdale Lions Club in Oakdale, CA. It takes place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Williams Meyers Park (G Street and South Second Avenue) behind the Oakdale Library. The event runs rain or shine and offers light snacks, fruit, juice, and water for participants. The courses use flat, paved city streets with traffic control.

Separate male and female divisions are used, with age-group categories for each race. Age groups for the 1 Mile are 5 & under, 6-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+. Age groups for the 5k are 6-9, 10-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
Registration, fees and results
Standard event entries are listed at $27.50 (includes a $2.50 fee). Events for children under nine are listed as free. Pre-registration is recommended by January 26, 2026 to secure entry and a race shirt. Online registrations include a convenience fee; a mail-in entry option is available to avoid the online convenience fee. Mail entries are addressed to Oakdale Lion's Club, P.O. Box 550, Oakdale, California 95361.
Overall male and female winners in each distance receive gift certificates. Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each division. Results will be posted at paceyourselftiming.com. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
