Dogs Day Out 5K Run and 1.25 Mile Walk - Allaire Village
The 1st Annual Dogs Day Out 5K Run and 1.25 Mile Scenic Walk takes place at Allaire Village in Farmingdale, New Jersey on September 12, 2026. The event includes a run, a shorter walk, and a separate festival-only option.

All 5K participants receive a t-shirt, chip-timed results, a closed course, and access to the post-event festival. All 1.25 mile walk participants receive a t-shirt and festival access. Each event can be completed with or without a dog; one dog per person is allowed.
The outdoor festival offers a dog-friendly vendor village, dog treat bar, agility course, photo opportunities, a dog splash zone and drink stations, caricatures, costume contests, a Yappy Hour beer garden for 21+, food trucks, live music, and additional activities and games. The village grounds will be open to both human and dog attendees whether or not they participate in the run or walk.
Proceeds will benefit Allaire Village Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit, and a portion of proceeds and supplies will be donated to local adoption agencies.
