Dock Street School Autism Acceptance 5K Run/Walk
The Dock Street School Autism Acceptance 5K Run/Walk is a community running event held at Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pier 6 Plaza in Brooklyn, NY 11201. The course is an out and back route that runs around Pier 6, Pier 5 and Pier 2 with a turnaround at the end of Pier 1. Runners meet at Pier 6 off Atlantic Ave.
Registration is not yet open. The organizer provides an option to receive a notification when registration opens.
Event amenities include running the park piers, live results delivered by text or email, and a personalized bib for entries completed at least three weeks before the event. Bib pickup is managed by event staff. Participants must know their bib number to collect it and a self lookup area is available for those who do not know their number. Participants who register shortly before pickup may receive their bib number by text.
All proceeds benefit the Dock Street School ASD Horizon Program.
Results and media are made available live online and via email and text. Free video and same day finish line photos are provided and additional race photos are posted after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
