Divas Galveston Half Marathon & 5K : Beach Central, Galveston, April 25, 2027
The event includes two distances:
- Half Marathon
- 5K
The course starts and finishes at Beach Central in Galveston. The race features timed results using a disposable B-Tag timing system attached to the back of the bib. Timing clocks will be present at the start and finish. Water and aid stations along the courses will offer water, sports drink, and portable restrooms. A boa and tiara station is located on the course. The half marathon has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Participants receive event apparel, a tutu, a tiara, a boa, and a finisher medal. Packet pickup options are scheduled the day before and on race day at Beach Central under the white tents; packets may also be shipped for a fee. There is a fee if a packet is reserved for race day pickup instead of being collected during the pre-race pickup window.
The official charity for the event is Resource Crisis Center of Galveston County. Awards are given to the top three overall and the top three female finishers in each age group. Age groups range from 10 and under up to 75 and older. Parking information notes a Beach Central parking garage fee and restrictions on the south side of the Seawall during the race.
