Event Overview
The Santa Hustle Galveston is a holiday-themed running event held at Beach Central in Galveston, Texas. Course and Amenities
The courses for the Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K are supported by water and aid stations. Cheerful volunteers are stationed along the routes to provide encouragement. The Kids Dash starts and finishes near the main race area, allowing parents to run alongside their children at no additional cost, though only registered children receive official race items.
Participation Details
Registered runners receive a variety of themed gear, including a long-sleeve performance shirt, a beanie, and a finisher medal. Participants in the Kids Dash receive a long-sleeve shirt, a Santa hat and beard, a bib, and a finisher medal. Distance pins are available for those completing the 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon.
The race uses RFID technology for professional timing. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, the top three masters (ages 40+), and first-place finishers in various age categories ranging from 10 and under to 70+. A gear check service is provided for all participants. Parking is available at the Beach Central Parking Garage and on the north side of the Seawall.
