The half marathon route runs along the Texas City shoreline and the Texas City Dike. The event uses the full five-mile dike as a 10-mile out-and-back section, followed by a final 3.1-mile loop around a park before the finish. The course is closed to vehicular traffic.
Adaptive categories are included: handcycle, push-rim wheelchair, and para runner divisions. All handcycles must register in the handcycle category; handcycle registration is only available for the half marathon and the 10K. The 5K excludes handcycles.
