Deviate Grand Opening Weekend
Deviate Physiotherapy & Performance holds a two day opening weekend in Ponchatoula, Louisiana at 485 SW Railroad Ave Ste 101. The program focuses on local running and cycling communities with community outings, an open expo, educational sessions, provided lunch, and door prizes. Both days are free to attend and organizers note that RSVPs help plan food and space.
Day one centers on running with a community 5K run and walk led with participation from Tangi Running Club. After the run there is an open expo featuring Ainsley's Angels, Perfectly Fit, Tangi Running Club, and Deviate Studios, plus a short presentation on running pain and injury prevention. Lunch is provided and door prizes are scheduled.
Day two centers on cycling with a community 20 miles coffee ride and a postride open expo and parts swap meet. Expo participants listed include Trek Bicycles, Bike Law, 4th Dimension Fitness / 4D Racing, Deviate Studio, and NOLA Fixed. The day also includes a session on cycling postural strength and endurance, provided lunch, and door prizes.
