Demi-marathon de Lévis Promutuel Assurance is a multi-distance road running event held on the south shore of Quebec. The event attracts a large number of participants. The half-marathon course is described as descending and fast. The event is sanctioned OR by Athlétisme Québec and the 5 km, 10 km and 21.1 km courses are measured and certified by Athlétisme Canada.

The half marathon starts near Galeries Chagnon, then runs about 4 km through neighbourhood streets to boulevard Guillaume-Couture and the cycle path at rue Saint-Joseph. The following 14 km run on the Parcours des Anses along the river, with the finish at Juvénat Notre-Dame de Saint-Romuald.
The 10 km starts on the cycle path near rue Joliet, follows the cycle path and boulevard Guillaume-Couture for roughly 9 km, then uses Chemin du Fleuve and rue Saint-Olivier to finish at Juvénat Notre-Dame de Saint-Romuald.
The 5 km starts on the cycle path near Parc Nautique Lévy and finishes at Juvénat Notre-Dame de Saint-Romuald.
The youth 2 km starts on rue de l’Hébreux, joins the cycle path and finishes at Juvénat Notre-Dame de Saint-Romuald.

Age minimums and time limits are listed per distance: half marathon 14 years and over with a 4 hour limit; 10 km and 5 km 10 years and over with limits of 2 hours and 1 hour respectively; youth 5 to 12 years with a 30 minute limit.
