Course de la Cité-Limoilou 2026
Course de la Cité-Limoilou is an urban and artistic running event in Québec that brings together families, street arts, urbanism and running. The program includes live musical performances and street artists such as face painters and balloon sculptors.
Available race distances include formats for children and adults:
- 1 km for young children
- 1.5 km for young runners
- 2 km for young participants
- 5 km with or without stroller, separate ranking for stroller entries
- 10 km for more experienced runners
Routes run through Vieux-Limoilou, including 2e and 3e Avenue. Since 2023, the event removed single use cups at aid stations to reduce waste by about 480 litres. Post-race snacks favor local producers to support the local economy.
Registration policies state that entry fees can be refunded up to 30 days before the event. Transfers or changes of distance are allowed up to 15 days before the event.
