Université Laval 10K 2026
The event takes place at the PEPS of Université Laval in Quebec City on September 20, 2026. Organized by Rouge et Or Athlétisme with Groupe Défis, the event is sanctioned by Athlétisme Québec and supports the Club d'athlétisme Rouge et Or through fundraising.
Four distances are offered:
- 10 km with water stations at km 3 and km 7
- 5 km with a water station at km 3
- 1.5 km children's course
- 800 m children's course
Each participant receives a wooden medal made in Quebec; participants can decline the medal during registration to reduce waste. PEPS changing rooms are available; the bib serves as access pass and participants must bring their own lock and towel.
PEPS parking is paid starting September 1 with a maximum event day fee of CA$5.20. Some streets will be closed for the event; public transit or carpooling is recommended and an approach via Autoroute Robert Bourassa is indicated for drivers.
Bib pickup takes place at PEPS in front of Decathlon on September 18 and 19 according to the published schedule. Registrations are transferable and refundable, minus transaction fees, up to 30 days before the event; after that date changes have conditions and possible surcharges.
Results display both Chip Time and Gun Time; the official time is Gun Time in accordance with the rules. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
