Université Laval 10K
The Université Laval 10K race is organized by Rouge et Or Athlétisme in collaboration with Groupe Défis. The event aims to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. It offers several running distances.
Available distances
- 10 km: Water stations are located at the 3rd and 7th kilometer.
- 5 km: A water station is located at the 3rd kilometer.
- 1.5 km: This distance is open to all, with trophies awarded to the top three times in the 12 and under category.
- 800 m: This distance is open to all, with trophies awarded to the top three times in the 8 and under category.
The event is sanctioned by Athlétisme Québec. It takes place on the Université Laval campus in Quebec City, with the PEPS sports complex as the main venue.
Every participant will receive a wooden medal made in Quebec. Race bibs can be picked up on-site the day before or on race day.
Parking on-site is paid. The organization encourages participants to use public transport or carpooling. The registration policy allows for transfers or refunds up to 30 days before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
