10 km Université Laval 2026
The 10 km Université Laval takes place at the PEPS facility of Université Laval in Quebec City. It is organized by Rouge et Or Athlétisme in collaboration with Groupe Défis and is sanctioned by Athlétisme Québec. Multiple race distances are offered with specific course features and water stations for longer routes.

The 5 km course includes a water station at km 3. The 10 km course includes water stations at km 3 and km 7. A medical emergency plan is in place, including a vehicle provided by the PEPS clinic and a first aid trailer near the start. Streets will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event.
Race bib pickup is scheduled at the PEPS in front of Decathlon on the days prior to the event; on-event pickup is available at the track. Every participant receives a wooden medal made in Quebec; participants can decline the medal during registration to reduce waste.
Parking at the PEPS is paid starting September 1, with a maximum daily fee of 5.20$. PEPS locker rooms and showers are available; participants must provide their own lock and towel and use their bib for access. The event supports the Club d'athlétisme Rouge et Or through fundraising activities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
