10 km Université Laval 2026
The 10 km Université Laval takes place on September 20 2026 at the PEPS of Université Laval in Québec City. Organized by Rouge et Or Athlétisme in collaboration with Groupe Défis, the event promotes an active lifestyle within the community and regularly attracts a fast field.
Four races are offered:
- 800 m, open to all, trophies for age 8 and under
- 1.5 km, open to all, trophies for age 12 and under
- 5 km, water station at km 3
- 10 km, water stations at km 3 and km 7
PEPS parking is paid starting September 1, with a maximum daily fee of CA$5.20. The organizers recommend public transit or carpooling. The event is sanctioned by Athlétisme Québec. An emergency medical plan is in place, including a vehicle from the PEPS Clinic and a first aid trailer near the start.
Bib pickup is scheduled for September 18 and 19 in front of the Decathlon store, with on-site pickup available on race day at the track. Each participant receives a wooden medal made in Quebec, and opting out of the medal is possible during registration. Registrations are transferable and refundable under the stated conditions.
