Beneva Quebec City Marathon presented by Brunet
The Beneva Quebec City Marathon presented by Brunet takes place from October 2 to 4, 2026. The event is organized by Gestev and presented by Beneva and Brunet.
Courses wind through the City of Quebec and showcase heritage sites. The marathon route crosses three boroughs and nine neighborhoods, providing a condensed urban tour. The half marathon includes sections through Limoilou, Saint‑Sauveur, Old Quebec and Montcalm. The kids 2 km race starts at Lieu historique national Cartier Brébeuf and is an official timed event.
All races are measured to international standards and certified by Athletics Canada, and the courses can be used to qualify for marathons such as the Boston Marathon. The event holds GOLD status from Athlétisme Québec. The marathon will host the Quebec 42.2 km championships for 2026 and 2027 as part of the Coupe Québec Route.
