Demi-marathon de l'Acadie
The Demi-marathon de l'Acadie takes place in Tracadie-Sheila on September 6, 2026. The race starts and finishes at Piscine S.A. Dionne, 4216 rue Hall. In 2026 the original route was changed due to the closure of the Snowball Bridge; the new course is two loops starting and ending at the pool.

Registration is online only; there is no race day registration. Registration fees in Canadian dollars are: Half Marathon $20.00; Half Marathon Virtual $10.00; 10.55 km $15.00; 10.55 km Virtual $10.00. All fees are non-refundable.
The virtual version can be completed on a course of the participant's choice once registered; participants must send a selfie showing their watch with time and distance to the race director on race Sunday. The minimum age is 16 for the half marathon and 14 for the half-half marathon. The course is not certified. The top three overall and the top three women for each distance receive medals, which are awarded on the second floor of Piscine S.A. Dionne after the race, where a meal is served to participants.
