The Demi-marathon de l'Acadie on October 4, 2026 in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick uses a new two-loop course that begins and finishes at the Piscine S.A. Dionne. The original point-to-point route was changed in 2026 because of the closure of the Snowball Bridge.
The event offers in-person and virtual options for both distances. The organizing committee added a 10.55 km option to the regular half marathon program; the shorter distance follows the same loop once while the half marathon follows it twice. The monthly race is held on the first Sunday of each month.

Registration is online only; race day registration is not available. Fees are listed in Canadian dollars and are non-refundable. Runners who expect to take more than 2 hours 20 minutes to complete the course may request an early start by notifying the race director the day before the race. Minimum ages are 16 for the half marathon and 14 for the 10.55 km.
Awards are presented to the first three overall and the first three female finishers in each distance, with gold, silver and bronze medals. Medals are distributed on the second floor of Piscine S.A.
