Event overview
The Demi-marathon de l'Acadie is a half marathon event in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick. The race was established in 2025. The minimum age to register is 16. As part of the event, a meal is served after the race and medals are awarded.
Course and logistics
The start and finish are at Piscine S.A. Dionne, 4216 rue Hall, Tracadie. The Snowball Bridge closure required a course change; the race will use the 10 km de Tracadie course run twice to complete the half marathon. Two water stations will be available on the course. Runners who expect to need more than 2 hours 15 minutes to finish can request an alternative start from the race director before the race day.
Registration and fees
Registration is online only; race day registration is not available. Regular registration closes on October 2. The entry fee is $20.00 CAD. This event does not allow refunds. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
