Demi-marathon de l'Acadie
The Demi-marathon de l'Acadie is held in Tracadie-Sheila and used a revised course in 2026 after the Snowball Bridge closure. The current route is two loops that start and finish at Piscine S.A. Dionne, 4216 Hall Street. The event was established in 2026.

- 21.1 km half marathon
- 10.55 km half-half marathon
- Virtual options for both distances
The course is not certified. Registration is online only; there is no race day registration. Regular registration deadline is July 31, 2026 at 23:59 Atlantic Time. Entry fees in CAD are: Half Marathon Virtual $10.00, 10.55 km $15.00, 10.55 km Virtual $10.00, Half Marathon $20.00. All fees are non-refundable.
Minimum ages are 16 for the half marathon and 14 for the 10.55 km event. The top three overall positions and the top three female finishers in each distance receive medals awarded as gold, silver, and bronze. Medals are presented on the second floor of Piscine S.A. Dionne after the race, where a meal is served to participants. Runners who expect to take more than 2 hours 20 minutes to complete the course may request an early start by notifying the race director the day before.
