Dash Around the Point 5k & 10k
The Dash Around the Point is a running event scheduled for February 22, 2026. It takes place at Hains Point in Washington, DC, in the heart of the city near the Nation's Capital. Participants can choose between two distances: 5K and 10K.
Course
The route is flat and scenic. It offers views of the Potomac River, the Wharf, and frequent plane sightings from nearby National Airport. Walkers and strollers are permitted on the course.
Registration
Registration is open for both distances. Fees are tiered based on the date of registration and include all mandatory charges. For the 10K, fees start at $49.82 until January 30, 2026, then increase to $55.18 from January 31 to February 21, and to $60.54 on February 22.
