Dartmoor Summer Series Maprun Golden Dagger

The Dartmoor Summer Series Maprun 2025 Golden Dagger is the third of five technical orienteering events held on Dartmoor's open moorland. Designed for experienced orienteers, the courses navigate a challenging terrain featuring pits, rocks, gullies, and outcrops, requiring advanced navigation skills. Participants use the MapRun 7 smartphone app to record their progress, eliminating the need for physical flags.

Three courses are offered: Orange (2.9 km, 110m climb), Green (3.9 km, 170m climb), and Blue (5.4 km, 210m climb), none suitable for novices.
