Darlington Half Marathon - 6 December 2026
The Darlington Half Marathon is a fully road closed 13.1 mile race organised in the town of Darlington and the surrounding County Durham countryside. The route begins in the town centre, heads west onto quiet rural roads with long open sections, and returns for a finish on High Street. The course is described as flat and each kilometre is marked with distance flags.
The event is held in support of Darlington Mind. Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip timed results and post race goodies. On the day there is an event village with food and drink options and free partner goodies at the finish. Marshals are positioned around the course to guide and cheer participants.
