About the race
The Dallas Center Fall Festival Road Race offers three community running events in Dallas Center, Iowa, centered at 1502 Walnut St. Races start on Walnut Street and run through residential areas, with prizes awarded after the fun run and proceeds supporting the DC Fall Festival.

- Tot Trot (children five and under)
The 5K includes awards for winners in age brackets, refreshments, and T-shirts for pre-registrants. The one-mile event provides T-shirts for pre-registered participants; places and times are not recorded for the mile. The Tot Trot is free for children five and under, does not include a shirt, and offers ride tickets to young participants.
Registration policies note a $5 discount for ages 17 and under at checkout and a shirt guarantee for those registered by August 15. Early check-in is available at the information tent in Mound Park on Friday evening. Race day registration is located at the corner of Walnut and 15th Street. Results will be posted on Fitness Sports. Participants must be present to receive prizes distributed after the conclusion of the fun run.
