Get Your Rear in Gear - Des Moines is a colon cancer benefit 5K run and walk held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Raccoon River Park in West Des Moines, Iowa. The event raises funds for the Colon Cancer Coalition and includes both a timed 5K and an untimed walk.
