Get Your Rear in Gear Des Moines is a colon cancer charity event held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Raccoon River Park, 2500 Grand Avenue, West Des Moines, Iowa. The event raises funds for the Colon Cancer Coalition and features both in-person and virtual participation options.
