Cupid's Chase 5K Morristown
Cupid's Chase in Morristown takes place on February 13, 2027 at The Daily Plan It, 150-152 Speedwell Avenue. The local event is part of a national race series that celebrates the founding of Community Options and is presented as the 19th annual race. The series drew more than 17,000 participants nationwide last year. The local event welcomes runners, walkers, families with strollers, wheelchair participants and sponsors.
The event features a certified 5K (3.1 miles) with professional timing and results posted immediately after the race. The site is fully accessible and pet friendly; all pets must remain leashed. Giveaways include a finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. Trophies are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals are awarded to the overall male and female finishers in these groups: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70 & over. Registration opened on June 8, 2026; the standard entry fee for the 5K is $40. All registration fees are non refundable and the event is held rain or shine.
