Cupid's Chase 5K Key West
Cupid's Chase 5K Key West is part of a national race series held each February to celebrate the founding of Community Options. The 18th annual event takes place on February 14, 2026 at Higgs Beach Pavilion, 1000 Atlantic Boulevard, Key West, FL 33040. The event welcomes runners, walkers, participants with baby strollers or wheelchairs, and sponsors. Last year over 11,000 runners nationwide participated and funds supported housing and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
This is a certified 5K with professional timing and results posted immediately after the race. The event is fully accessible and pet-friendly; all pets must remain leashed. Giveaways include a finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. To guarantee a Cupid's Chase shirt, registration must be completed by January 1, 2026; after that date shirts are available while supplies last. Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to the overall male and female finishers in these 14 age groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69 and 70 & over. The event is held rain or shine and all registration fees are non-refundable. Sponsor opportunities include Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and exhibitor tables with a price range of $500 to $10,000.
