Cupid's Chase 5K Key West
Cupid's Chase is a local edition of a national race series held on February 13, 2027, at Higgs Beach Pavilion in Key West, Florida. The event includes a certified 5K (3.1 miles) with professional timing; results will be posted immediately after the race.
The race is presented as part of the Community Options series and supports housing and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The series drew more than 17,000 participants nationwide last year. This Key West event is described as the 19th annual race in the series.
The course and event are fully accessible and pet friendly; all pets must remain leashed. The event welcomes runners, walkers, families with strollers, wheelchair participants, and event sponsors. Giveaways include a Cupid's Chase finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. To guarantee an event shirt, registration must be completed by January 1, 2027; after that date shirts are available while supplies last.
Awards include trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers and age group medals for the top male and female in each of these 14 age groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, and 70 & over.
